Founded in 2018, RecruitPhilly was developed by Philadelphia-area recruiters for Philadelphia-area recruiters. Our annual conference is designed to attract speakers and highlight best practices and industry-emerging trends and technology, providing recruiters and recruiting leaders in our area with a forum where they can learn and grow. Through these events and a strong social media presence, RecruitPhilly offers local recruiters a broad, inclusive community to call their own.
